Hi, I’m Antoanela.
My interest in health and wellness began long before I formally trained in the field.
Earlier in my career, I worked in environments where sleep was irregular, pressure was constant and performance was expected regardless of how you felt. At the time, I adapted and kept going, as many people do. Over time, I began to notice the impact of that pace.
After becoming a mother, the accumulated strain became harder to ignore. I experienced prolonged stress, disrupted sleep and persistent digestive issues. My energy declined and even small daily demands felt heavier.
From the outside, everything looked fine. Internally, I knew something wasn’t aligned.
That experience led me to study functional medicine and professional health coaching, not only to better understand what was happening, but to approach health in a more structured and sustainable way.
With a background in aviation, marketing and event management, I understand the demands of high-responsibility roles and how easily strain can accumulate over time.
Today, my work is informed by both formal training and personal experience, with a focus on helping people restore balance in ways that are practical and sustainable.
